Kindly check that the items in your cart are correct before placing an order. Cancellation or change of order is not allowed. All sales are final after confirmation.

Please consider carefully before placing order. Due to hygiene reason, handmade accessories sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable of items after receiving is not allowed.

We strongly advise shipping it with a tracking number and secured with bubble wrap, as we will not be able to issue a refund for lost or damaged packages.

All Items are check before shipping out and we are extremely sorry if your item slipped through our checks.


Exceptions/ Non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on custom made items, clearance/ sale and promotional items, as well as returns of regular priced items beyond the stipulated time period.


What if my item received is damaged or it is the wrong item?

Apologies that such issue has happened.

We check all the items carefully before sending out to you however sometimes damages due to postal handling are inevitable.

Please contact immediately to send us an email with a clear photograph of the damage, along with your name and order number to mymagicaldreamsjewelry@gmail.com within 3 days after receiving it. We'll get in touch with you to have it replaced. If the item is not available, we will provide automatically refunded on your original payment method. Shipping fess, if any, are to be borne by the customer.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Because our jewelry is 100% crafted by hand, there will be individual characteristics in each item that make it entirely unique. These are not defects but are part of their handmade nature.
